ABOUT US:
Loeber Specialty Co. has been a premier custom wood products design,
engineering, and manufacturing firm for over twelve years. We have a
dynamic staff that has a combined experience range of over forty years of
being in the industry!
Our design service utilizes our very experienced design staff members
whose ideas and inspirations combined with yours end up having world
class results. They use state of the art design software along with our
resourceful vendors' support. When other firms state that "it just can't be
done" we look at that as an opoprtunity to learn and grow our expertise.
Almost every time when the others said it couldn't be done; it could and
they just needed to take the time and effort to investigate all the
opportunities. This is one of our most valuable traits.
Our engineering and drafting department has a wide array of
experience. We have experience ranging from old world craftsmen that
have a great understanding of the traditional methods along with the new
age craftsmen who embrace the traditional methods but apply them
through CNC machining, integration interference simulations, 3-D solids
manufacturing softwares and other state of the art methods. This
department in residential and commercial applications will be on site
doing real time measuring and templating of your site conditions
which then in the plant can be tied off. This allows the quality of the end
result to be world class as when things enter transit we know they are
going to fit just as we have planned. Loeber Specialty Companies'
engineering department also handles the OEM parts manufacturing
methods and client contact. This allows our clients to directly get what they
need from our engineers so there are zero miscommunications.
The manufacturing side of the business is truly special in that the
craftsmen, equipment, materials sourcing, and manufacturing methods are
based on a LEAN Manufacturing culture. This environment promotes our
TEAMS of craftsmen to continuously improve the products, processes,
schedule, and safety of the entire operation. At some point in your project,
